Delete your account and data

You can delete your AutismADHDHealth account and data at any time.

In the app

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Choose Account, then Delete account and data.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and signed out on all devices.

Without the app

Email support@autismadhdhealth.app from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify ownership, and will confirm when deletion is complete.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in details.
• Check-ins, tracking entries, notes and settings.
• Reports and shares you created.

Backups are purged within a limited period (final retention period under legal review). Data you already exported or shared with a clinician is outside our control. Deleting your account does not cancel a store purchase; manage purchases with the App Store or Google Play.
